Lease Agreement 

Hallway of Life Recovery Center, Inc. promotes financial freedom through sound financial management. The lease agreement is structured to promote residents to save money and make financial investments that will benefit them in the long run. This structure is set up to help residents break away from the pattern of living "paycheck to paycheck" and encourage residents to make a financial commitment to sobriety.

Move In Costs:
The rent is due on the 1st and/or the 15th of every month for all residents who are not paying on a weekly basis. For residents paying weekly rent is due every Sunday. To assist with variable move in dates a standard $28 daily prorated fee will be charged until a regular scheduled payment date is reached. The security deposit is $200. Your total move in cost will equal your prorated fee + the $200 security deposit. The minimum commitment is 3 months.

 

* Security deposits will be returned at the end of the lease agreement. Any breach of the lease agreement (i.e. substance use, violence, etc) leads to forfeiture of security deposit and all monies paid up until the date of the breach.

Length of Stay

 

The recommended length of stay is at least 6 months although residents may stay at the property for up to 18 months.
